Why you should choose a sony ericcson phone
Sony Ericsson has struggled for a long time with its mobile phones as they often remained in the shadow of Nokia. However recently the manufacturer has been releasing some really good phones to allow him to catch up his rivals. The following article contains a brief review of 3 Sony Ericsson that is worth considering.
First of all we have the W995 that have been released in May 2009. This phone offers a 2.6 inch color display which is indeed one of its negative points when compared to today’s phone offering. However the phone has strength in other areas. As a Walkman phone, the W995 comes with the Shake control and SensMe feature to provide a complete user experience. This makes it a real contender to the entertainment phone category. The phone is also fitted with a 8 MP camera providing some great pictures. Definitely recommended for those looking for a Walkman phone.
Another phone that is worth considering is the Satio. Fitted with a 3.5 inch touchscreen display the phone provides a rather intuitive control. The main strength of this phone is based on its 12 MP camera. The device is fitted with a LED and xenon flash to make sure that picture is taken in the best condition. In terms of connectivity the Satio is fitted with both a Wi-Fi connection and 3G connection. The negative point is that the flash is not that powerful especially for a phone that wants to position itself as a top-of-the-range camera phone.
The XPERIA X10 is a really interesting phone from Sony Ericsson that is expected to launch in early 2010. This Sony Ericsson cellphone is based on Google’s operating system, Android and attempts to build on the success of the Xperia series. In terms of features you will have a 8 MP camera and a 4 inch touchscreen display. When it comes to connectivity the phone boast a Wi-Fi connection and 3G to make sure you stay connected wherever you are. You will also have access to a built-in GPS receiver to guide you during your outings. A much awaited phone that will unfortunately come after the holiday season.
